Snowy Mountain and Jindabyne Rural Properties in Realestate

We have been fortunate enough to see a large growth of small rural and large rural properties in the Snowy Mountains and primarily focused on Jindabyne as the main centre. Along the Snowy River Way these rural areas included Lakewood Estate, Highcountry Estates, McGuffick Hill and Alpine Meadows Estate located on the outskirts of Dalgety. The Barry Way offers Cobbin Estate, Abington Park, West Lynn, Stonehaven, Marsh Lane, Parrots Run and Copperfield. North of Jindabyne is Hilltop, Maunders, Linton - Avonside and Brumby’s Run subdivisions.

Lakewood Rural Realestate

The smallest of the small rural subdivisions, this estate is one of two only strata rural subdivisions in Australia. Properties range in size from 1.5 acre to 3 acres and most bounder onto 500 acres of common land. This estate was the first small rural estate in Jindabyne, developed in the late 1970s and is now quite a success storey with Jindabyne town water, magnificent mountain views and only a short distance to the snow for skiing and snowboarding.

Highcountry and McGufficks Hill Realestate

Five acre real estate subdivisions, High country was developed in two stages, offering excellent views, town water supply, and only a short distance to Jindabyne.  McGufficks Hill is a little further out offering a quieter lifestyle. Subdivision supplied water and excellent rural and main range panoramic views. Mt Perisher can be seen from McGuffickes.

Abington Park & West Lynn Real Estate

A huge rural estate, with land lots ranging in size from 10 acres up to 30 acres or so. Approximately 40 blocks of land have been sold throughout the Abington area. A little farther from town, but excellent for horses or the large hobby farm.

Cobbin Estate Property Sales

Very close to Jindabyne, Cobbin Estate offers a variety of small rural block sizes starting at 1 acre and up to 15 acre blocks, some boder the Moonbah River.  A large success story for the Jindabyne real estate purchaser as these lots are connected to town sewer which allows for attached dual occupancy dwellings.
