Communication with Customers

Our management system ensures clear and concise communication at all times when guests make the booking and actually visit Thredbo for their holiday. 

When a guest books they receive an email outlining the details of their visit - dates, address of the property and how to pay for their holiday. They receive an email and a phone call when account balances are due and confirmed. 

On the day of arrival they receive an SMS message and a phone call with property details. During their stay they can phone, email, SMS and use our unique communication App to tell us about maintenance items, and their experience of the property. This provides valuable feedback to our staff and yourself about how we can improve our holiday accommodation if necessary.
