With a Molmic lounge (Australian made) designed by the owner to fit the space and with comfort as a key specification, the owner has made the lounge room one area you can spend a whole day in right down to the antique coffee table topped with a lovely piece of marble.  In the corner is a large steel antique coffer to store some items in.  The wall with the tv has been finished in reclaimed timbers also from Thors Hammer and creates a perfect warm element to this room.  All windows and doors have specially built pelmets which hold the divine Belgium linen curtains which are also backed in 3 pass (blackout and energy rating) lining, creating a cozy room.

A bespoke kitchen with magnificent large breakfast bar/bench, topped with staturio marble and speciality lighting from an Australian manufacturer.  With a Jura Ena espresso machine, you start your days off on the best cup of espresso.  With a splashback made from the waste product of mussel shells which is one of the hardiest splashbacks to have, the kitchen is fully kitted out with Electrolux Pyrolytic oven, Electrolux induction cooktop, Electrolux convection microwave, built in Bosche dishwasher and built in Liebherr Fridge freezer, for cooking those all important snacks or a birthday cake.  The benchtop has also been created into the breakfast bar with plenty of space.

The bedroom is character filled with a gorgeous wall of reclaimed timbers from Thors Hammer, giving this large bedroom incredible warmth.  With the bedroom being extra long, with King bed the large cupboards have so much room, and includes heavy Belgium linen curtains, Samsung tv, mounted on the wall, with bedside tables and wall lights, all been specifically curated to provide a warm and inviting bedroom.

The large main bathroom with heated floor and towel rack, with a long marble vanity bench top, the shower being a walk in and a Hans Grohe shower fittings and a whole wall of mirror. The marble floor is one touch that creates a timeless look, but so practical.

A powder room is situated near the laundry and is gorgeous with its antique mirror and two wall chandeliers, definitely a happy place for some.

As noted this home was extensively renovated by the current owner, below are just some of the items not mentioned.
